1.What is the MOQ?

The MOQ is 2 dozens/style/size if buying our stock.Amount USD500 each order is requested,not include delivery cost,tax and VAT.
The MOQ is 10 dozens each style per size for production.If your quantity is large each item,we will discuss the price acccording to your finalized order q’ty.
2.Shall i start with a sample buying?

After you have confirmed with our sample price list,you can choose a sample if the samples are in our stock at first.But you are aksed to pay for the sample and delivery charge if the samples are in our stock,if the samples are not in our stock,we can't offer the samples for you,after your quantity arrive MOQ,we can make the items for you in mass production..
3.How can I get your price list?

please contact us with your detailed information.We will send you our price list once we have received your request.if you don't send your website,address,tel,fax,etc.we don't deal with the email for price list.
4.How do i purchase stock products from you?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We have made buying form us as secure and simple as possible.You can make order by email,fax strongly recommend making order online via our “order Form” bottom on the top of the home page.
You are asked to fill out the order list with your contact information such as your name,address,email and phone number.Choose the item number you are interested in and the quantity as per our OMQ request.and then you can send the form to us,we will check stock for you and contact you within 24 hours.
5.How to order stock product?

If you need to order our stock product or need the products be made in different color and size,the minimun q’ty should be 5 dozens/style/color/size.
6.What's the Lead time?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
the lead tiem is 7~20 working days after we received your money for small order,the lead time is 30~60 days after we received your money for large order,and the lead time are also planed by our production plan.
7.Is OEM order accepted?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OEM order is welcomed,but original sample will be requested.If not,please allow us more time to make out the sample at first.After you have confirm the sample,we will start our mass production.The OMQ for each style has to be finalized once we have received the orginal sample,picture or sketch. OEM order also can have your own lable.
8.How do you proceed with our order?

Once receipt of your order,we will check the inventory and fix the quantity for each style you have ordered.Then we will send you the proforma invoice for your approval.If requested,we will add the freight cost to the invoice.We will only hold the goods for a week,please make the payment in valid period.
9. What's the delivery methods and delivery time?
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
By DHL/TNT express: it takes about one week for the delivery,door to door service. Fedex or
UPS is not working here.
By air cargo, it takes about one week for the delivery.
By sea by LCL, it takes about one month for the delivery.
For any export order,please inform me what kind of the documents you need for your easy customs clearance.
10.What's the payment methods?

We only accept T/T(bank transfer),,Small order(total products amount less than USD10000): 100% T/T in advance,
Bulk order(total products amount more than USD10000): 50% T/T in advance, balance paid before shipping.
if your amount is less than USD3000,we need you pay a surcharge of USD35 will be applicable.
11.Will you give my details on to other companies to send junk mail?
